The Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use certain features of our Web sites. Below we explain how we do that for these kids. Also, when we use the term parent below, we mean to include legal guardians. Our target audience is parents of preschool to elementary age children.Typically we expect parents to register their children for various events and games held by Curious Minds Online. We collect parents name, email address, zip code (for event localization) and phone number (for confirmations). We plan to randomly call new members to confirm that parents are aware of the registration. We collect childrens names, date of birth (for age calculations for event categories) and interests (to tailor future events, and also suggest acitivity classes).
Use of Registered Members Information All information collected during the registration process is used for the purpose of providing our users access to Curious Minds Online and thePlannerpro registered members activities. We do not disclose such information externally to third parties.
Third Party Businesses From time to time, we may partner with outside third parties to provide you with additional content, products, or services that we believe may be of interest. At this time, this is limited to online games. An appropriate warning will be prominently displayed at such occasions.
>Gallery or event submissions become the property of Amchi Software company.
